Our Policies

Terms and Conditions for the shoot

Policies and Procedures

  • A valid form of government issued ID is required at the time of booking your photo session. The shoot can not proceed without it.
  • Booking fees (50% of total amount for the shoot) is forfeited in case of cancellation of the shoot. It is not refundable.
  • 100% payment for the shoot has to be done in advance before the shoot commences.
  • A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Document will be signed (digitally or physically) by both parties before the shoot commences.
  • Please arrive well rested and on time because the shoot is dependent on natural light. Hair and makeup will also take time if applicable in your shoot. Any delays may, unfortunately, result in a shortened session, fewer images, and a rushed experience.
  • We do not allow guests (who are not the subjects of the shoot) during the photography session. If you bring a guest, they will have to wait in the hotel lobby until your session is complete. Likewise, children are not allowed at the photo session, so please arrange childcare beforehand.
  • While we encourage you to be creative with your photo session, please keep in mind that we do not photograph full or erotic nudity.
  • Absolutely no weapons, sex toys, drugs, or related paraphernalia are allowed in our studios or in the hotel that we utilize. If you have questions concerning props, please don’t hesitate to call us directly.
  • Due to the nature of boudoir photography, any fine art prints ordered are custom designed for each individual. Once an order for prints has been placed, it is then considered complete and non-refundable.
